4. Appointments

Booking: Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp. A booking confirmation will be sent to you once confirmed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: We request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient who may need it.

No-shows: If you miss an appointment without notice, we may not be able to accommodate last-minute rescheduling requests.

Online Consultations: For online appointments, it is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet, private environment. If a session is disrupted due to technical issues on your end, we will do our best to accommodate a follow-up, but we cannot guarantee an immediate rescheduling.

Your Responsibility: Please provide complete and accurate health information during consultations. Incomplete or incorrect information may affect the quality of care you receive. Dr. Beri shall not be held responsible for any outcome arising from inaccurate information provided by the patient.

Dr. Beri offers a range of homeopathic products, including DIBODYN, BPDYN, K’DY STONE, ENTRODYN, and DYCOUGH.

Our products are listed and available for purchase on 1mg (www.1mg.com). When you click on a product from our website, you will be redirected to our 1mg store to complete your purchase. All order placement, delivery, tracking, returns, and refunds for products are governed by 1mg’s policies and are handled directly by them.

For Consultations: Consultation fees are paid directly to Dr. Beri via UPI or NEFT/Bank Transfer. Payment details will be shared with you at the time of booking confirmation.
